  • We're looking for a senior paid media specialist to own the channel end-to-end and take it off the hands of leadership. This will be driving traffic to 15+ ecommerce stores.
  • **What You'll Own**
  • Google Ads strategy and execution — this is the core of the role, accounting for ~80% of ad spend
  • Microsoft Ads management (~10% of spend)
  • Shopify-native ad campaigns and sponsored listings across Amazon and eBay (~10% of spend)
  • Full channel ownership — budgeting, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis
  • Self-directed decision making — you own the channel, you drive the results
  • **What We're Looking For**
  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, specifically in ecommerce — deep platform knowledge, not agency-level oversight
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — you spot what's working and act on it without being told
  • Experience managing significant monthly budgets ($200K+)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Amazon Sponsored Listings and Shopify ad campaigns a plus
  • **The Offer**
  • Base salary $70K-$100K depending on experience
  • 401K — 100% match up to 3%, 50% match up to 5%
