**The Opportunity**
We moved from $16M to $25M+ this year and are actively building the infrastructure to hit $95M+ by 2027. This isn't a caretaker role or a slow-growth maintenance job. We are looking for an execution-focused Head of Finance who has already navigated the $20M to $100M scale-up journey, understands the friction points, and knows how to build for speed without breaking unit economics.
**What You'll Do**
**Financial Strategy & Cash Management:**
Serve as a strategic thought partner on growth decisions, working capital strategies, inventory financing, and tax optimization.
**Core Finance & Accounting:**
Fully own FP&A, cash flow modeling, monthly reporting, tax planning, and compliance.
**Scalable Systems & Controls:**
Design, implement, and upgrade financial systems, and internal controls capable of handling 4x volume.
**Team & Infrastructure Building:**
Hire, mentor, and structure a high-performing finance and accounting team to support long-term scale.
**What Matters to Us**
**Scale-Up Experience:**
You’ve been in the trenches during a $20M–$100M hyper-growth phase in e-commerce or consumer goods. You know where systems break before they actually do.
**Hands-On Execution:**
You are comfortable laying the strategic roadmap on Monday and diving deep into the spreadsheets or inventory models on Tuesday.
**Technical Rigor:**
Strong background in accounting fundamentals, financial systems, and internal controls.
**Operational Communication:**
Exceptional ability to translate complex financial metrics into actionable insights for marketing, operations, and supply chain teams.
**Process Architecture:**
You don’t just run existing processes; you build scalable infrastructure from scratch.
**Qualifications**
7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with direct experience in a high-growth e-commerce or DTC environment.
Proven track record managing inventory-heavy working capital cycles and multichannel cash flows.
CPA, MBA, or investment banking background is a plus, but proven scale-up operating experience is what matters most.
