- Architect scalable, cross-system business processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Zendesk, ensuring alignment to a stable long-term systems vision and driving increased automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency (20% of the time)
- Drive end-to-end implementation of large, complex initiatives, including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and change management, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact and minimize technical debt (25% of the time)
- Serve as a technical and strategic partner to senior GTM, Support, and Finance leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influence prioritization, unblock decision-making, and align system strategy with company goals. (15% of the time)
- Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, architectural diagrams, and scalable frameworks that codify institutional knowledge, enable cross-team understanding, and ensure continuity for critical workflows (10% of the time)
- Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and deliver low-maintenance, high-availability solutions across Salesforce and integrated applications (5% of the time)
- Coordinate cross-functional business process design and refinement for core GTM motions—including lead management, account workflows, partner operations, and support processes—ensuring systems and automations reflect evolving business strategy (15% of the time)
- Enable, train, and empower cross-functional users and technical teams, driving adoption of new processes and tools, communicating risks and trade-offs, and reframing complex problems to uncover root issues and guide teams toward scalable, strategic outcomes (10% of the time)
- 100% remote; must reside in the U.S.; reports to HQ in New York, NY
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field plus 4 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, or any occp/position/job title involving system design, architecture, and business & sales process development across enterprise applications.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field plus 2 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer, or any occp/position/job title involving system design, architecture, and business & sales process development across enterprise applications.
- Must also have the following:
- 2 years of professional experience translating Sales user needs into scalable system enhancements that improve usability, adoption, and process efficiency across Salesforce and integrated GTM applications
- 2 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud end user, utilizing the platform for pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking
- 2 years of professional experience working with collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders—including Engineering, GTM Operations, Finance, and Support—to deliver iterative system improvements through rapid prototyping, data-driven development, and continuous process optimization within Salesforce and integrated SaaS tools and sales processes within GTM technology ecosystems
- 1 year of professional experience architecting and maintaining high-performance, high availability system integrations between Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk, and other business-critical platforms and utilizing middleware tools (including Workato, Boomi, and MuleSoft) and custom APIs to automate data flows and ensure reliable system operations
- 1 year of professional experience utilizing a modern application stack—including Salesforce Flows, SOQL, Lightning components, REST APIs, PartnerStack integrations, and Zendesk APIs—to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed business systems and translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementing end-to-end automated workflows
- 1 year of professional experience applying agile development methodologies, including conducting unit testing to validate system functionality and integration accuracy across Salesforce and connected platforms, and running user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with partner teams to support iterative deployment and ongoing system improvements in Salesforce and integrated business platforms
- 1 year of professional experience designing scalable, cross-system architectures across business applications including Salesforce (SFDC), PartnerStack, and Zendesk and defining future-state process architectures that support long-term scalability, data integrity, and automation.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,550 - $220,000 per year. annually + equity + benefits
