This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll combine production coordination, material planning, data analysis, and supplier management to drive operational excellence across our global supply chain.
- If you thrive on organisation, solving problems, working with data, and building strong supplier relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- As a Supply Planning Analyst (12 Month FTC) , you'll support the management of material supply, mill capacity, production commitments, and supplier performance, ensuring products move seamlessly from order placement through to bulk production and shipment.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor contracts are issued in line with business SLAs.
- Owning and maintaining material and production critical paths, ensuring key milestones are tracked and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Monitoring fabric, trim, and production status across suppliers and mills, proactively identifying and escalating risks.
- Building strong supplier relationships and leading regular production and material progress reviews.
- Tracking supplier and mill capacity, providing visibility of utilisation, constraints, and future requirements.
- Managing greige commitments and material allocation plans to support production demand and sourcing requirements.
- Maintaining accurate planning systems, reporting tools, and production trackers to ensure full visibility across the supply chain.
- Providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders on material readiness, production status, and delivery performance.
- Supporting supplier performance reviews through data collection, reporting, and analysis of key production and material metrics.
- Partnering with freight forwarders and logistics teams to support smooth production handovers and on-time shipment.
- Analysing large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Driving improvements in planning processes, reporting, and supply chain visibility to support business growth.
What you'll need
- Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience within Production, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Manufacturing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing production or material-related activities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience reporting and measuring production or supply chain performance metrics.
- Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of fabric and trim manufacturing processes.
- Experience using ERP, PLM, or supply chain planning systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualisation tools.
- Exposure to vendor capacity planning and supplier performance management.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- CIPS qualification, or working towards one.
- Who You Are
- You'll be a highly organised, data-driven professional who enjoys working across multiple teams and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You bring energy, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset, and you're comfortable balancing detail with the bigger picture to keep production moving.
