Overview

• Peak season is coming.
• From Black Friday to the New Year rush, our stores come alive with incredible energy, passionate customers and one team working together to create unforgettable experiences.
• We're looking for Seasonal Team Members to join our White City store from October 2026 through to January 2027 on 8-hour part-time contracts, with plenty of opportunities for additional hours throughout the season.

What you'll be doing

• Creating an energetic and welcoming environment for every customer.
• Delivering exceptional service and personalised product recommendations.
• Supporting customers with sizing, fit advice and styling recommendations.
• Maintaining high standards across the shop floor, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Keeping best-selling products replenished and available.
• Supporting deliveries, stock organisation and operational tasks.
• Working collaboratively with the team during peak trading periods.
• Bringing Gymshark's values to life every single shift.
• Supporting store targets through outstanding service and strong product knowledge.
• WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Essential Criteria:
• Experience within a fast-paced customer-facing environment, ideally retail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working as part of a team.
• Ability to remain positive, adaptable and solutions-focused during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Full right to work within the UK.
• Ability to attend interview from October 2026.
• Available to start employment from 26th October 2026.
