You will serve as a key part of our EPM Center of Excellence (COE), helping build, scale, and optimize our enterprise planning environment while partnering across Finance to translate data into actionable business insight.
- This is a build-and-elevate role, not just a maintenance role. You will strengthen the foundation of our planning infrastructure, improve reporting automation, and help ensure our executive team has the clarity and insight needed to steer the company.

- What You’ll Accomplish
- Support Anaplan Application Delivery: Develop and maintain Anaplan applications across Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR from end-to-end, including: building user experience pages, building or enhancing back-end models, supporting user acceptance testing, coordinating deployment, and providing post go-live maintenance and support.
- Build as a Team: Leverage best practices for Anaplan development work, align with shared development guidelines and quality standards, and document work to enable seamless development across the team.
- Power Planning with Data: Support and monitor data integrations between Attentive source systems and our Anaplan tool, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and timely. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and strengthen data flows.
- Drive User Adoption: Develop training materials and enablement assets, and lead hands-on training for end users to support user adoption of new features and enhancements.
- Enable Executive Reporting: Leverage Attentive’s Anaplan environment to empower Finance team members to easily develop and maintain recurring reporting outputs including executive performance decks, monthly close materials, Board reporting, and metrics reviews.
- Your Expertise
- Finance Professional: 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Financial Systems, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or Business Intelligence
- High-Impact Anaplan Model Builder: An experienced Anaplan practitioner with 1+ years actively developing Anaplan applications and planning models, ideally an actively certified Anaplan Solution Architect or higher. - Financial Modeling: A financial modeling expert with advanced proficiency using Excel and Google Sheet for financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
- Data Mining and Analytics: Experience mining and analyzing data to support Anaplan development, reporting, and business insights efforts. Experience using Looker, Snowflake, SQL, and Python is a plus.
- High-Growth
Experience
- Experience and/or ability to work in a high growth and fast-paced environment; building and implementing scalable EPM solutions across Finance, Go-To-Market, and HR.
