- Attentive is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Manager to lead our US Strategic team. You’ll help define and execute the outbound strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- You’ll coach and develop a team of ambitious and high-performing Sales Development Representatives focused on our US Strategic segment. This is a high-impact opportunity to build pipeline at scale, impact the development of next-generation sales talent, and allow us to scale effectively in a high-growth, high-speed organization.
- What You’ll Accomplish
- Manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go-to-market motion
- Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive
- Hire, onboard, and develop and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans
- Your Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of top performance
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Familiarity with Gong.io, Outreach, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in multi-product environments
- Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
- Passion for coaching and educating others
- Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements

- For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000-$135,000 annually + commission ($160,000-$190,000 OTE) + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
