- Join our high-performing team as an English Customer Service representative at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia, a leading provider of global customer experience solutions. In this full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns, also play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role divided only 3 shifting hours

- 1. Handle inbound customer

- 6. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
