- **Work Location:**
- The Flemington Tower - 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
- 🎧 SCOPE OF WORK
- **Customer Support:**
- Direct Hotline counseling, receiving calls, emails, and messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
- **Data Management:**
- Update information accurately on the company's system.
- **Other Duties:**
- Perform other duties as required by superiors.
- 💸 ATTRACTIVE INCOME
- **Total Income:**
- Up to
- **22,000,000 - 23,200,000 VND/month**
- **Base Salary:**
- **21,500,000 VND**
- **Meal Allowance:**
- **500,000 VND**
- **KPI Incentive:**
- **900,000 - 1,200,000 VND**
- **Night Shift Allowance:**
- **30% of base salary**
- **Probation Policy:**
- **100% salary**
- during the 2-month probation time.

- 🎯 REQUIREMENTS
- **Language Proficiency:**
- Proficiency in
- **Japanese**
- (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- **The JLPT N1 or N2**
- is required (candidates who have time living or studying in Japan are preferred).
- **Education:**
- Graduated High School or higher education.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Loud & clear voice.
- **Experience:**
- Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
