  • 🎧 SCOPE OF WORK
  • **Customer Support:**
  • Direct Hotline counseling, receiving calls, emails, and messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions.
  • **Issue Resolution:**
  • Support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
  • **Data Management:**
  • Update information accurately on the company's system.
  • **Other Duties:**
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors.
  • 💸 ATTRACTIVE INCOME
  • **Total Income:**
  • Up to
  • **22,000,000 - 23,200,000 VND/month**
  • **Base Salary:**
  • **21,500,000 VND**
  • **Meal Allowance:**

  • **KPI Incentive:**

  • **Night Shift Allowance:**
  • **30% of base salary**

  • is required (candidates who have time living or studying in Japan are preferred).

  • Graduated High School or higher education.
  • **Soft Skills:**

  • **Experience:**
  • Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
