  • The SEA Integrated Marketing (IMC) team designs and delivers integrated marketing, communications, and campaign strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. From launching sales-boosting mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12) to managing Brand IP Campaigns (e.g., Super Brand Day, New Arrival Day, Super Brand Festival) and optimizing user journeys, our team plays a pivotal role in TikTok Shop’s success in the region.

  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Marketing Operations & Project Support
  • Assist in the execution of daily marketing operations and campaigns (Double Day, Payday, Livestream projects, etc.)
  • Follow up on project timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Support creative production coordination and creator content tracking.
  • Assist in collecting and processing performance data for post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Help track budgets and support documentation and administrative needs for campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Creator Management, Seller Management, Category, Ops) and external stakeholders (e.g., brands, vendors, agencies).
  • Help ensure timely alignment across all parties for key campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Executional Excellence
  • Maintain high standards for detail, timeline accuracy, and creative/asset delivery.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, high-speed environment with shifting priorities and multiple parallel projects.

  • Minimum

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, having a growth mindset and a high sense of ownership
  • Frequently use and understand the practice of social media apps and E-commerce platforms in Vietnam
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates a good sense of aesthetics and understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • **Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Candidates having a solid portfolio of personal projects or work experience, showing clear project results and candidates' contribution
  • Candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, or in account management roles
