- Attentive’s Data Platform is responsible for collecting high-quality first-party data for our brands. As the Senior Product Manager, First-Party Data Platform, you will own our web collection layer end-to-end, which directly impacts many of Attentive’s downstream product areas to personalize every message.
- This role’s focus will be making the Enhanced Attentive Tag (EAT) easier to implement for any persona — from Implementation teams to technical enterprise customers to Customer Success and marketers. You will drive adoption of EAT to ensure brands are maximizing first-party data capture, while leveraging AI and intelligent validation systems to proactively improve data quality at the point of collection. Over time, you will evolve the collection layer into a more intelligent, self-optimizing, and self-service experience that increases both coverage and confidence in the data brands rely on.
- This role requires strong technical fluency in web data collection, paired with the ability to translate complex instrumentation systems into customer outcomes and intuitive product experiences.
- What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead the evolution of the Enhanced Attentive Tag (EAT) into a fully self-service product experience — empowering customers and internal teams to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot their tagging setup with ease.
- Leverage AI to proactively improve first-party data quality at the point of collection, enabling smarter validation, anomaly detection, and data completeness.
- Own the roadmap for Attentive’s web-based first-party data collection (client-side and server-side), defining how brands instrument and bring data into the platform.
- Your Expertise
- 4+ years of product management experience, with direct exposure to web analytics, event tracking, first-party data collection, or instrumentation platforms.
- Strong understanding of how data is collected from the internet — including client-side tags, server-side events, browser behavior, network requests, and event payload structure.
- Ability to work closely with engineers on technical systems while translating instrumentation complexity into clear customer-facing workflows and business outcomes.
- Experience improving implementation experiences, debugging workflows, or data quality at the point of collection in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- A track record of driving execution in cross-functional environments where Engineering, Support, and GTM teams depend on your product decisions.
- You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
