- As a Strategic Technology Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in scaling and accelerating Attentive’s most critical platform partnerships. Your primary focus will be on our Shopify partnership, with additional responsibility across our broader portfolio of platform partners and select ecosystem technology partners. The ideal candidate has deep experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, a strong background in managing platform-level partnerships, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execute impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that foster mutual growth for both Attentive and our platform partners.
- What You’ll Accomplish
- Platform Partnership Growth & Acceleration
- Scale and deepen existing platform partnerships—with Shopify as the primary focus—by identifying new growth levers, expanding joint initiatives, and driving measurable partner-sourced outcomes
- Proactively assess market trends, industry shifts, and competitive dynamics to surface opportunities that keep Attentive ahead within our platform partner ecosystems
- Revenue Growth through Co-Sell & GTM Strategies
- Define and execute joint GTM strategies—including co-sell plays, co-marketing campaigns, and joint value propositions—that drive revenue across new and existing customers
- Generate pipeline by aligning partner capabilities with Sales goals, crafting playbooks, and partnering with Marketing on demand generation; align with Client Strategy and VOC initiatives to drive retention and expansion
- Lead bi-directional enablement to equip Attentive's and partners' GTM organizations to leverage the joint value proposition
- Product & Integration Alignment
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure our platform integrations are best-in-class, advocating for partner and customer needs in roadmap and prioritization discussions
- Drive successful partner launch campaigns and integration updates to ensure strong market adoption
- Contribute to Attentive's integration strategy by gathering partner feedback and building business cases for new capabilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term, multi-threaded relationships across platform partner organizations—spanning account teams, product leadership, and executive stakeholders—to drive mutual success
- Serve as the internal champion for platform partners at Attentive, sharing wins, best practices, and growth strategies to drive advocacy
- Represent Attentive at industry conferences, partner events, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and visibility
- Your Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or channel sales, with at least 2 years focused on technology or platform partnerships
- Direct experience working with Shopify as a partner, with a strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, partner programs, and go-to-market motions
- Proven ability to scale and accelerate partnerships, including driving co-sell, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives
- Understanding of marketing technology and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to build multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations, including account teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, both internally and within partner organizations, including Product and Engineering
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong ability to execute
- Willingness to travel for conferences, partner meetings, and networking events

- For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $125,000 annually + commission + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
