Responsibilities

  • 1. Lead user research for a global e-commerce business, with a focus on understanding user needs in Southeast Asia to support business growth and improve user experience;
  • 2. Independently drive end-to-end user research projects, including problem scoping, research design, execution, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions;
  • 3. Develop a strong business understanding and leverage research to identify growth opportunities and areas for experience optimisation;
  • 4. Proactively monitor industry trends and market dynamics, and conduct deep-dive studies aligned with business priorities and user needs
  • **Qualifications**
  • Minimum

Qualifications

  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Anthropology, or related fields.
  • 2. 2+ years of experience in user or market research, with familiarity across both qualitative and quantitative methods and the ability to independently deliver end-to-end studies;
  • 3. Strong learning agility and critical thinking skills, with curiosity about user and business problems and the ability to drive insights into actionable solutions in complex environments;
  • 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively, and demonstrate strong time management skills;

Qualifications

  • 1. Good understanding of the e-commerce or internet industry; experience in Southeast Asia markets is a plus;
  • 2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive impact;
  • 3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, SQL) is a plus; strong qualitative research skills
