- Attentive is hiring a VP of Product Marketing to define how our platform competes and wins.
- This team owns platform positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, launches, analyst relations and is an authority on customer needs. Customers are across an omni-channel, multi-product portfolio serving retention marketers, CMOs, and digital leaders. The team is responsible for translating product innovation into clear differentiation in a highly competitive market that drives win rate, multi-product adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Our team culture is direct, accountable, and performance-driven. This role will be critical to evolve and bring a strong point of view on where we win, where we lose, and how our narrative must evolve in an AI-forward market. The role partners closely with Product and Revenue leadership and directly influences the roadmap.
- What You’ll Accomplish
- Define and drive a clear, differentiated platform narrative that strengthens our competitive edge across buying groups.
- Own all product release marketing, from positioning and packaging to launch strategy and full field readiness.
- Create data-driven, field-ready competitive plays that improve win rates and expansion.
- Partner closely with Product, Revenue, Enablement, and Marketing leadership to ensure roadmap, messaging, and execution stay tightly aligned.
- Drive speed and agility in go-to-market execution, ensuring positioning evolves quickly as products, competitors, and customer expectations change.
- Equip Sales and Customer teams with sharp messaging, objection handling, and differentiation grounded in market insight.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of product marketers, setting strong standards for clarity, rigor, speed, and measurable impact.
- Your Expertise
- 12-15+ years product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or a closely related space
- Proven track record of driving product awareness and adoption across various industries and segments
- Ambitious problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to adapt to changing circumstances and be solution-oriented
- Significant experience working closely with executive teams
- A passionate champion for the voice of the customer
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and a passion and superpower in storytelling through words and visuals
- A master of storytelling and value driven messaging
- Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner
- Bachelor's Degree

- For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $215,000 - $300,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
