  • The **E-Commerce Account Manager** is responsible for managing and optimizing relationships between the company and its clients or vendor partners. This role oversees multiple accounts, ensures client satisfaction, and drives account growth through data-driven strategies, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or vendors to understand business needs, address concerns, and ensure long-term partnership success
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, sales data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve client sales performance, revenue, and overall account health
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead client onboarding, including platform setup, training, and ensuring a smooth transition to the eCommerce platform
  • Analyze eCommerce data, prepare performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to clients using a data-driven approach
  • Manage inventory planning with clients to ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and minimized stock-outs or overstock
  • Partner with Marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that maximize visibility, engagement, and sales
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee eCommerce platform operations, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and content
  • Stay informed on industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge
  • **Requirements**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in eCommerce account management, sales, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital retail strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace analytics dashboards)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and drive effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic eCommerce environment
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
