**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly aggressive and strategic **Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Specialist** to source, attract, and recruit top-performing talent for our growing e-commerce operations. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, competitor market awareness, and the ability to identify high-potential candidates across operations, sales, creatives, and digital commerce functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce and operational positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
Identify high-performing candidates from competitors and similar industries
Conduct interviews, screening, and initial assessments
Build talent pipelines for urgent and hard-to-fill positions
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
Improve recruitment turnaround time and hiring quality
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
