  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and social media platforms
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order concerns, and after-sales support
  • Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and upselling techniques
  • Handle complaints, refunds, and customer concerns professionally
  • Coordinate with Operations and Fulfillment teams regarding order status and issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and response rate standards
  • Monitor common customer concerns and recommend service improvements
  • Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
