- We are looking for a creative and innovative **Creative Design Team Leader / Graphic Design Supervisor** to lead the graphic design team in producing high-converting content for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms. The role focuses on improving visual branding, proposing new editing styles, and enhancing creative performance for e-commerce campaigns.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise graphic artists and video editors
- Develop creative concepts and new editing strategies for digital campaigns
- Ensure branding consistency across all e-commerce platforms
- Improve ad creatives, product visuals, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Monitor creative trends and competitor content strategies
- Coordinate with Marketing and Content teams for campaign execution
- Review and approve creative outputs before publishing
- Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
