  • We are looking for an experienced **Ecommerce Account Manager** to manage and grow multiple client and vendor accounts across Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
  • This role combines **account management, marketplace operations, and data-driven growth strategies**. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships, smooth operations, and continuous sales growth.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Account Management & Client Success**
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendor partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for account concerns and issue resolution
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention
  • **Performance & Growth Management**
  • Monitor account performance, sales data, and market trends
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve revenue and account health
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • **Marketplace Operations (Shopee & Lazada)**
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure store compliance, performance metrics, and platform best practices
  • Coordinate campaign execution (e.g., double-digit and mega sale events)
  • **Shopify Store Management**
  • Support and manage Shopify store setup, updates, and maintenance
  • Ensure proper product uploads, collections, and integrations
  • **Client Onboarding & Training**
  • Lead onboarding of new clients, including platform setup and training
  • Ensure a smooth transition and readiness for launch
  • **Data Analysis & Reporting**
  • Analyze eCommerce data and prepare performance reports
  • Present insights, recommendations, and growth strategies to clients
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards
  • **Inventory & Campaign Planning**
  • Work with clients on inventory planning and stock management
  • Partner with Marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales
  • **Industry & Market Insights**
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
  • Provide strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge
  • **Requirements**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5+ years experience in eCommerce account management or marketplace operations
  • Strong experience with Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers
  • Working knowledge of Shopify platform
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience managing multiple brands or vendor accounts
  • Background in digital marketing or paid ads
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or other marketplaces
  • Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
