- **Job Overview**
- We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Live Sellers Supervisor to oversee and manage the company’s live selling operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Lazada, and other online platforms.
- The role is responsible for supervising live sellers, improving live stream performance, driving sales conversion, and ensuring engaging and high-quality live selling sessions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce live selling strategies and audience engagement.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the daily operations and schedules of live sellers across all online selling platforms
- Monitor live selling performance, viewer engagement, sales conversion, and overall team productivity
- Coach, train, and develop live sellers on product presentation, communication, sales techniques, and audience interaction
- Ensure live selling sessions are engaging, professional, and aligned with company branding and sales objectives
- Assist in planning live selling strategies, promotional activities, and campaign executions
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse teams regarding product availability, promotions, and order concerns
- Analyze live selling performance metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement
- Address and resolve operational issues, seller concerns, and customer escalations during live sessions
- Ensure all live sellers comply with company policies, platform guidelines, and performance standards
- Identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities to improve live selling effectiveness and revenue generation
- **Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Live Selling, E-commerce, Social Media Selling, or Online Sales Operations
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales conversion and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Creative, organized, and performance-oriented
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media/live selling tools
- Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
