- My Uniware Collections Inc. is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented **Brand Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce)** to strengthen our brand presence and drive customer engagement across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, support business growth, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- The Brand Marketing Specialist will lead brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, events, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business results.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Management & Awareness**
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and brand equity.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Protect and maintain the company's brand reputation through effective communication and brand governance.
- **Integrated Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Develop campaign strategies that support product launches, seasonal promotions, brand activations, and business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign execution with Creative, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer insights.
- **Digital Marketing**
- Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Support marketing activities across e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Coordinate content calendars and oversee the creation of engaging digital content including videos, graphics, blogs, website content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with digital marketing partners and agencies to improve online visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- **Public Relations & Corporate Communications**
- Develop and execute public relations initiatives that enhance brand credibility and corporate reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, content creators, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Prepare press releases, company announcements, feature stories, and other corporate communication materials.
- Support crisis communication planning and ensure timely and professional responses to brand-related issues.
- **Events & Brand Activations**
- Plan and coordinate product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, pop-up events, corporate events, livestream campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.
- Develop event marketing strategies that maximize brand exposure and customer participation.
- Evaluate event effectiveness through attendance, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- **Influencer & Partnership Marketing**
- Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and partnership campaigns.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and brand collaborators aligned with the company's target audience.
- Monitor campaign deliverables, content quality, engagement, and performance metrics.
- **Analytics & Performance Reporting**
- Measure marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, customer engagement, conversion rates, and

- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Creative, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, printers, media partners, and vendors for marketing projects.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least **3–5 years of experience** in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing, preferably in the **e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry**.
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Experience in public relations, media coordination, influencer marketing, event management, and brand partnerships.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media management, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio) is an advantage.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
