- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Account Manager to manage the daily operations of our online stores across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate product listings, process customer orders, monitor inventory, coordinate with internal teams, and help drive online sales.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
- Upload new products, update pricing, descriptions, images, and promotions.
- Monitor and process incoming orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding order status, stock availability, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stocks across all online platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges when necessary.
- Monitor platform performance, store ratings, and customer feedback.
- Assist in implementing online promotions, campaigns, and vouchers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Live Selling teams to ensure product availability during campaigns and livestreams.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and platform guidelines.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least **1 year of experience in e-commerce operations** is preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite.
- **Preferred Skills:**
Experience using seller center platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online campaigns.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and marketplace metrics.
- Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
