  • My Uniware Collections Inc. is looking for a proactive and strategic **Talent Management Supervisor** to lead initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and talent acquisition to onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR operations and talent management, with the ability to build high-performing teams, improve employee experience, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning**
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
  • **Performance Management**
  • Oversee the company's performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with department managers to identify high-potential employees and address performance concerns.
  • Support the implementation of employee development plans and career progression programs.
  • **Learning & Development**
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires successfully integrate into the organization.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • **Employee Engagement & Retention**
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate employee recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • **Talent Development & Succession Planning**
  • Identify high-potential employees and support leadership development initiatives.
  • Assist in creating succession plans for key positions within the organization.
  • Promote internal mobility and career development opportunities.
  • **HR Operations & Compliance**
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and talent management practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain employee records, HR reports, and talent management documentation.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and collaborate with HR leadership on organizational development projects.
  • **Leadership & Collaboration**
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members involved in recruitment, employee development, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Recommend HR process improvements that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • **Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least **4–6 years of experience** in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of **2 years of supervisory or leadership experience**.
  • Proven experience in performance management, employee development, learning and development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience developing talent management programs and succession planning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Experience in the **e-commerce, retail, logistics, or consumer goods industry** is an advantage.
  • Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
