• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote marketing and e-commerce team.
• Oversee growth strategies across all online sales channels.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Improve e-commerce conversion rates and drive online sales growth.
• Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, and others).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments.
• Provide remote support to the commercial and e-commerce operations when needed.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• RequirementsRequired Qualifications
• Must reside in Colombia.
• **C1 English proficiency**
• (spoken and written).
• Minimum
• **3 years of experience leading remote teams**
• in marketing, sales, or e-commerce.

• in e-commerce or digital sales.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Previous experience working in fully remote organizations.

Experience using shopify

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
• Google Ads (required).
• Meta Ads.
• TikTok Ads (preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Valid U.S. visa.
