  • **What You’ll Do:**
  • Manage the planning and visual presentation of products across company-owned brand websites, including English Factory, Endless Rose, and Grey Lab.
  • Build and organize online collections based on seasonal launches, marketing campaigns, product performance, and brand priorities.
  • Maintain balanced, trend-relevant assortments across product categories and price points.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to understand upcoming styles, fabrications, trends, and seasonal product direction.
  • Maintain a detailed launch calendar for new arrivals, restocks, promotions, and markdowns.
  • Oversee product uploads and ensure accuracy of product names, descriptions, pricing, colors, imagery, tags, and other product details.
  • Manage and update homepage banners, collection pages, product drops, and site content in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
  • Curate product placement and category order to improve the customer shopping experience and support add-to-cart and conversion performance.
  • Regularly audit websites for missing, incorrect, duplicate, or outdated product information and make or coordinate necessary updates.
  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute product launches, promotions, sale events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure new arrivals are uploaded, tagged, and published according to marketing and launch calendars.
  • Link and coordinate the correct products for email, social media, and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor photoshoot and sample timelines to anticipate upcoming product upload and launch needs.
  • Review weekly and monthly sales performance by brand, category, and SKU to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product engagement, sales, and traffic data to support merchandising decisions.
  • Recommend collection adjustments, re-merchandising strategies, restocks, promotions, and markdowns based on product performance.
  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to maintain availability of high-performing products and manage sell-through opportunities.
  • Manage pricing updates, promotions, and markdowns in alignment with seasonal strategies and company goals.
  • Track inventory across SKUs and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding sellable stock, backorders, and fulfillment readiness.
  • Collaborate with finance to monitor product margins and support markdown decisions.
  • Archive discontinued or sold-out products as needed to maintain a clean and organized online shopping experience.
  • Stay current on fashion, e-commerce, consumer, and competitor trends to support product positioning and merchandising strategies.
  • Conduct competitor research to benchmark pricing, product presentation, website flow, and promotional strategies.
  • Communicate product status, site updates, launch schedules, and campaign plans with internal teams.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all company-owned e-commerce websites while supporting overall online sales and revenue growth.
  • **Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or retail merchandising, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, product presentation, assortment planning, and online customer behavior.
  • Ability to analyze sales, traffic, inventory, and product performance data to make informed merchandising decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brand websites, product launches, and merchandising calendars.
  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail with an understanding of fashion, trends, and brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work closely with design, marketing, production, warehouse, operations, and finance teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, product lifecycle, pricing, promotions, and sell-through strategies is preferred.
