- We’re looking for someone who knows e-commerce inside and out and likes getting into the details.
- You’ll help keep the SolarBalls and other stores running properly every day: products, pricing, stock, orders, promotions, website checks, reporting and all the little things that can quietly break a store.
- What you’ll be obsessed about
- A store that just works.
- You notice the wrong price, the missing product, the broken link, the low stock, the weird conversion drop or the bundle that doesn’t make sense.
- You care about the details because you know small problems can turn into lost sales.
- You should be the kind of person who looks at the store and thinks:
- “Something’s not right here. I know what it is, and I know how to fix it.”
- What you’ll do
- Manage our Shopify stores day to day (SolarBalls, MrSpherical, Run Monster Run)
- Add, update and publish products, variants, pricing, bundles and promotions
- Keep product information, images, inventory and other store details accurate
- Run regular website checks and catch broken links, incorrect information, missing products and other issues
- Make fixes quickly rather than waiting for someone else to notice them
- Monitor stock and flag low-stock or inventory problems early
- Review sales, conversion and other basic e-commerce data and flag things that need attention
- Help with weekly sales reports and key e-commerce numbers
- Spot opportunities around promotions, bundles and merchandising
- Check that promotions, discount codes, bundles and pricing are working correctly before and during launches
- Support with inventory audits and forecasting by providing accurate data and flagging risks
- Keep product and collection SEO fields updated and optimized
- Maintain the connection between Shopify, Google Merchant Center and YouTube Shopping, ensuring products and product information are synced correctly
- Make simple product image edits when needed (basic editing skills are required)
- Work closely with the e-Commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, and the wider team to keep the store running smoothly
- Look for ways to improve processes and automate repetitive work proactively
- What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong Shopify experience. You should be very comfortable finding your way around Shopify without needing step-by-step instructions
- Good understanding of how e-commerce stores actually work
- Comfortable working with lots of products, variants and SKUs
- Good with numbers and able to use data to spot problems or opportunities. You can track KPIs, build clear sales reports.
- Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, product/collection page optimization, meta titles and descriptions, URLs, image alt text and other on-page SEO fundamentals
- Familiar with Google Merchant Center, YouTube Shopping, Tiktok Shop, and able to identify and resolve basic product feed or listing issues
- Basic graphic design skills for simple product image edits
- Very organised and detail-oriented
- Good at spotting things other people miss
- Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
- Proactive. If you see something that could be better, you say so and ideally fix it
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving team where things change quickly
- Bonus points
- You’re a SolarBalls fan (and our other brands at Telos Media)
- You’ve worked with a store selling products with lots of variants or SKUs
- You’ve worked with accessories, collectibles, tech or similar products
- You understand the YouTube or creator e-commerce world
- What this role isn’t
- This isn’t a general VA or admin role.
- You won’t be expected to own the overall e-commerce strategy, supplier relationships or financial decisions. Those sit with other people on the team.
- Your job is to keep the store healthy, accurate and working properly, and catch things before they become problems.
- Hours
- Full-time, with regular overlap with the operations team. Morning hours Philippine time is preferred. No regular evening work.
