- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, commercial operations, or digital sales.
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce, websites, or digital commerce operations is preferred.
- Experience managing major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and quick commerce platforms (GrabMart, PandaMart, Pick.A.Roo, Metromart).
- Proven experience managing commercial P&L, sales planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong background in retail and omnichannel operations.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- **Quick Commerce Channel Management** (Manage the day-to-day commercial operations of Quick Commerce partners such as GrabMart, PandaMart, Pick.A.Roo , Metromart etc.)
- **Website & App Commercial Management** (Manage the commercial performance of ACE's owned digital channels)
- **Sales Performance & Business Analytics** (Monitor and analyze channel performance)
- **Commercial Planning & Campaign Execution** (Execute commercial campaigns, track campaign results and optimization.)
- **Partner Relationship Management** (Serve as the primary point of contact for Quick Commerce partners)
