Graphic Designer – E-Commerce & Marketing (Freelance)

• BAZZAAL is looking for a creative and reliable Freelance / Part-Time Graphic Designer to support BAZZAAL, our influencer marketing agency, and KIJIBAE, our e-commerce brand.
• This is a hands-on design role focused on day-to-day creative execution. You’ll work closely with our team to turn ideas, content, and marketing needs into polished visuals across social media, email, websites, and other digital channels.

• What You’ll Do
• Social Media — Design posts, carousels, stories, and other social content
• Email Marketing — Create email layouts, promotional graphics, product features, and campaign visuals
• Website & E-commerce Assets — Design homepage banners, landing page graphics, product page assets, promotional banners, and other web visuals
• Marketing Assets — Create promotional graphics, digital ads, presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and other day-to-day marketing collateral
• Creative Adaptation — Resize, rework, and adapt creative across different platforms, formats, and placements
• Visual Consistency — Help maintain a cohesive look and feel across our digital channels as the brands continue to evolve
• Asset Management — Keep working files, templates, and final assets organized and accessible
• What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• A strong portfolio showing social media, digital marketing, and web/e-commerce design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take a simple brief or idea and turn it into a polished visual
• Comfortable working across different types of creative and experimenting with visual direction
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with Korean and international team members
• Nice to Have
• Video editing and motion graphics
• Experience with beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle
• Experience designing for e-commerce and digital marketing
• Familiarity with Figma
