- **Job Description**
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Paid Social, SEA, and Display
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to continuously improve results
- Support budget planning, monitoring, and allocation across marketing channels
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Pricing, Analytics, and Tech
- Research emerging trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing
- **Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in performance marketing or e-commerce through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time role
- Passion for digital advertising and data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers and KPIs
- Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
- Hands-on mentality and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Excellent English skills
- **Nice To Have**
- Knowledge of app marketing or paid social
- Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms
