- **The Role:**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager who demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- This position will own the full customer journey at APPLIED, from prospect acquisition and lead nurturing through onboarding, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy. This individual will design and build scalable marketing automation programs, customer journeys, lead scoring models, and reporting frameworks that drive measurable business growth.
- This individual will develop full-funnel marketing strategies, including email prospecting campaigns that generate qualified opportunities for Sales and post-sale programs that increase customer engagement, retention, and renewal rates.
- This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and creating measurable impact across both pipeline generation and customer growth.
- This is a remote role in the Twin Cities, MN area which requires up to 10% travel.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and optimize the full customer lifecycle, from lead generation and onboarding through retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Serve as the business owner of APPLIED’s marketing automation and CRM ecosystem, ensuring scalable processes and data integrity.
- Design and maintain lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, audience management, and automated customer journeys.
- Build and execute email prospecting, lead nurture, and demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Develop targeted campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives across key industries, applications, and customer segments.
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths that support marketing campaigns and revenue goals.
- Partner with Sales to align lead qualification, routing, follow-up processes, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Develop onboarding, adoption, retention, re-engagement, and expansion programs that improve the customer experience and drive growth.
- Analyze customer and market insights to inform campaign strategy, content development, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Service, and eCommerce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Build and manage reporting, dashboards, and funnel analytics, using performance data to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and business results.
- Must be willing to travel to APPLIED facilities.

- **Required Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5–8+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related B2B discipline.
- Located in the Twin Cities, MN area.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- **Other Qualifications**
- Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing or HubSpot Content highly preferred.
- Experience building and optimizing marketing automation programs, customer journeys, lead management processes, and CRM infrastructure.
- Proven success generating qualified pipeline through email prospecting, lead nurturing, and demand generation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, email deliverability, data governance, and marketing best practices.
- Experience creating landing pages, forms, conversion paths, and automated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop reporting, interpret performance data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales and other go-to-market teams.

- Compensation for roles at APPLIED varies based on a wide variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, work location, and internal equity. As required by applicable law, APPLIED provides a reasonable compensation range for positions that may be filled in multiple locations.
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually.
- This range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation expected for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the factors noted above.
