  • ## What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
  • 1. Master the Ad Platforms
  • **Launch & Execute:** Build, scale, and optimize paid campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube** with high precision.
  • **Budget Mastery:** Keep budget pacing airtight. No accidental overspending, no wrong ad launches, no missed settings—just smooth, error-free execution.
  • **Funnel Mapping:** Map out sleek campaign funnels on **Miro** or **Lucidchart** before pushing campaigns live.
  • **Smart Copy & Assets:** Use **AI tools** to quickly generate punchy ad copy variations under the guidance of the growth lead, while collaborating with local videographers to get the winning creatives you need.
  • **Multi-Touch Engagement:** Handle light, basic email and SMS automation touchpoints as part of wider campaign execution.
  • 2. Dashboards, Tracking & Insights
  • **Custom Tech Dashboards:** Partner with our internal tech team to build and maintain **custom reporting dashboards** (say goodbye to clunky, lagging default setups!).
  • **Tracking & Attribution:** Ensure Google Analytics, tags, and attribution setups are tracking conversions with 100% precision.
  • **Data-Driven Moves:** Turn numbers into clear recommendations and actionable growth tweaks.
  • ## Who We’re Looking For
  • Must-Haves
  • **Proven Track Record:** 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically running accounts for **service-based AU businesses** (ie Property Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning).
  • **Platform Expertise:** Deep hands-on experience navigating **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube**.
  • **Eye for Precision:** Extreme attention to detail. You believe that proper settings, accurate budgets, and rock-solid tracking are the backbone of great marketing.
  • **Tech-Savvy & AI-Enabled:** Comfortable using **Miro/Lucidchart** for funnel planning and **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to crank out copy variations fast.
  • **Analytics Mindset:** Strong understanding of Google Analytics, tag implementation, and conversion tracking across touchpoints.
  • **PH-Based & Remote Ready:** Must be based in the Philippines with a reliable home-office setup and self-starter attitude.

  • Prior experience handling Australian clients in **Property Finance, Accounting, or Financial Planning** or
  • Experience managing campaigns across international markets or multi-brand portfolios.
