Retail Consumer Electronics eCommerce Products Lister

• **About the Role:**
• Are you a tech enthusiast who wants to turn your hobby into a professional career? We're seeking an eCommerce Product Lister & Fulfillment Specialist to work in our current Wexford PA location. Listers play a critical role in PayMore's operation by testing, cleaning, and accurately pricing and listing purchased inventory so it's ready to sell — online and in-store. They ensure every item listed reflects its true condition and function before it ever reaches a customer.

• **Daily Responsibilities:**
• ● **Inventory Processing:** Clean, test, diagnose, and factory-reset incoming consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, retro/new-age gaming consoles, and custom PCs.
• ● **Data Security:** Ensure absolute data privacy by safely wiping user storage media from various operating systems and gaming systems according to factory standards.
• ● **eCommerce Listing:** Generate high-quality online listings using our proprietary POS system to push content out to our web store and various major online marketplace platforms.
• ● **Product Photography:** Capture clean, clear, and accurate photographs of inventory in accordance with established company and brand visual standards. (You must provide your own mobile device for photography)
• ● **Market Pricing Research:** Conduct deep market research using advanced search tools and AI engines to evaluate market trends and set optimal, competitive pricing.
• ● **Fulfillment Operations:** Insure timely and accurate fulfillment of online sales orders including careful packaging and labeling of items sold
• **Required Qualifications:**
• ● **Technical Knowledge:** Must have solid consumer electronics and video game knowledge — smartphones, tablets, laptops, consoles, and game media — enough to verify authenticity and spot defects
• ● **Speed & Accuracy:** Exceptional data entry & strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused on repetitive, accuracy-critical work in a fast-paced environment.
• ● **Operational Readiness:** High level of organization, strong time-management habits, and an ability to stay focused under high-volume daily targets.
• ● **Physical Capabilities:** Comfortable sitting or standing for long intervals (up to 8 hours per shift) and capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• ● **Professional Attitude:** Punctual, reliable, team-oriented demeanor with a strong "get it done" work ethic.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**
• ● Prior experience working within an eCommerce warehouse, retail cell phone repair shop, customer service, or online resale business model.
• ● Knowledge on Pokemon Card trading and collecting, as well as general knowledge of their history and value
• ● Prior experience working with Cameras and Lenses, in a professional or personal capacity
• **Compensation & Perks:**
• **Competitive Base Pay:** Starting at $14.50 per hour, with opportunities for increased compensation as additional responsibilities are assumed.
