Senior Business Analyst (e-commerce)

• We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst** with strong e-commerce experience and platform knowledge to join our team and help drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions.
• **Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.**
• **Responsibilities**
• Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and analyse business needs, objectives, and processes
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and capture comprehensive and accurate business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Apply requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation to support project delivery
• Manage multiple requirements and priorities using strong organisational skills
• Navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities with flexibility and adaptability
• Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through effective communication
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
• **Requirements**
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects
• Experience in the digital marketing domain (content management solutions, PIM, DAM, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts
• Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, clear understanding of the differences and complexity
• Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requirements and priorities
• Experience with Agile framework
• Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
• English: B2 and higher
