  • We don't measure anyone by how long they sit at a desk. We measure whether the accounts grow.
  • That's why there are no core hours here, no time tracking and no attendance sheet.
  • **There's a target, an account, and your call. ๐ŸŽฏ**
  • What else there is, you'll find right below.
  • **What you get**
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • **A strong base salary plus a share in the performance of your projects.**
  • When the accounts you own grow, you earn more. Directly, not through a bonus pool at the end of the year.
  • โฑ๏ธ
  • **No shifts, no timesheets, no on-call expectations.**
  • Results count, not hours.
  • ๐Ÿพ
  • **Team events worth boarding a plane for.**
  • Several times a year, and never bowling.
  • ๐Ÿ”
  • **One channel, not eight.**
  • Google Ads. No Meta on the side, no social, no reporting on things that don't move you forward.
  • **What's different here**
  • **You get the account, not the checklist.**
  • No account manager between you and the client. You decide, and you defend that decision yourself in the call every two weeks.
  • **We work to a written standard.**
  • Account structure, naming, tracking, feed, remarketing layer, optimisation rhythm. All documented. You don't reinvent the wheel on every account.
  • **We check our own assumptions.**
  • We pull our account data through the API and test which industry wisdom actually holds up across our portfolio. Some of it didn't survive. ๐Ÿ“Š
  • **We build our own tooling.**
  • An in-house script library runs across the

Mcc

  • feed labelizer, tracking auditor, brand leak monitoring, budget pacing.
  • **Feed before budget.**
  • Here the feed is the equivalent of creative on Meta. It sets the ceiling for everything that comes after.
  • **What you'll do**
  • Own e-commerce accounts running mid to high five-figure monthly budgets
  • Build and consolidate account structure: brand, prospecting, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, Search across every intent stage
  • Merchant Center and feed work: title formula, required attributes, custom labels, performance tiering, feed duplication
  • Own tracking quality: conversion hygiene, enhanced conversions, consent mode, reconciliation against the client's shop numbers
  • Make scaling calls and justify them: when it's budget, when it's the target, when it's a new market, when it's nothing
  • **What you bring**
  • **Several years in Google Ads with a clear e-commerce focus.**
  • Accounts you owned, not accounts you supported.
  • **Scaling you can point to.**
  • An account you moved from A to B over months, with your decision as the reason it moved.
  • **Experience in at least two of the three markets**
  • Europe, UK, US. International accounts are routine here.
  • **Merchant Center at diagnostic level**
  • not at click level.
  • **Unit economics over platform ROAS.**
  • Contribution margin, break-even ROAS, new customer share,

Mer

  • **English at a level that carries strategy and budget conversations with clients**
  • in writing and on calls. Both come up in the day to day.
  • **Bonus points for: Google Ads scripts or the API ๐Ÿค– ยท regulated categories such as supplements and beauty advertorial and Demand Gen funnels**
  • **How to apply**
  • Send us your CV. ๐Ÿ“„
  • And if you feel like it: a case from your past. An account, a project, whatever fits. Where it started, what you actually did, what came out of it. Ten lines is plenty, and anonymised screenshots are completely fine.
  • The case isn't mandatory. It just helps us enormously, because it shows how you think and decide, and that tells us more than any list of job titles.
  • **Applications with a case are the ones we read first.**
