We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
**English Customer Service Agent**
to support our growing e-commerce operations. If you have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
Handle customer inquiries via email and/or chat in
**English**
Assist with order tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and issue resolution
Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback
**Requirements:**
Minimum D3/S1
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably e-commerce).
**Fresh graduates are welcome**
**Fluent English communication**
skills – both written and spoken (
**B2**
level)
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving skills
