SolutionInn is looking for an experienced Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join our technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert with deep expertise in optimizing enterprise-scale platforms (e-commerce or ed-tech) with millions of dynamically generated, data-driven pages.
**Job Responsibilities**
Diagnose, monitor, and resolve large-scale indexing, crawling, rendering, and crawl-budget issues across millions of dynamic pages.
Perform hands-on code-level adjustments (HTML, JavaScript, structured data, direct developer collaboration) to execute technical SEO fixes.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and direct log-file analysis.
Keep up with regular Google Search algorithm updates, AI Search changes, and industry forums to proactively protect and boost organic search performance.
Oversee site architecture, dynamic XML sitemaps, canonicalization, page load speed, and international/localization SEO strategies.
Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to build SEO-friendly dynamic features and automation workflows.
**Skills Required**
Strong technical background with hands-on development skills to modify code or guide engineering teams directly.
Deep knowledge of search engine mechanics, dynamic client/server-side rendering, indexing pipelines, and edge-case indexing issues.
Mastery of essential SEO software: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog (enterprise configuration), SEMrush, and log analysis tools.
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills for handling million-page web environments.
Continuous learner active in SEO forums and up to date on Google's core updates, webmaster guidelines, and industry trends.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
**Job Experience**
2+ years of dedicated technical SEO experience on large-scale websites (1M+ pages). Deep expertise in dynamic data handling, technical audits, and code-level SEO implementation is required.
