- Ruggable is looking for a former management consultant to support a high-impact strategic planning project over the coming weeks.
- You'll work closely with our leadership team, participating in executive and cross-functional meetings to help shape and define our three-year strategic plan. Responsibilities include structuring and refining key business initiatives, capturing insights and decisions from meetings, and translating those discussions into a clear, board-ready presentation that tells a compelling story and communicates our three-year vision.
- Along the way, you'll supplement with focused market research where it strengthens the story (e.g., competitive landscape, price positioning, and product scope).
What you'll need to have
- An exceptional executive-level communicator with outstanding PowerPoint craft, able to synthesize discussion into concise, visually compelling materials for a board-level audience
- Experienced in distilling complex business priorities into clear strategic narratives and actionable initiatives
- The judgment to know which few points matter and the discipline to cut the rest
- Analytical mindset, with the rigor to pressure-test the story behind the slides
- Junior Manager or Senior Manager profiles both welcome - Consumer or DTC experience welcomed but not required
- Project Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Type: Contract, 1099
- Duration: ~2 months
- Hours: 20 to 40 per week, depending on meeting cadence
- Location: Remote (plus if you're in LA, but not required)
- Availability: Monday - Friday, 9-5 PST
- Compensation: $100 - $120/hr, depending on experience
