From the vendor

  1. Search in the Amazon app

    Search for a product in the Amazon Shopping app. If it's not sold on Amazon, results may include items from other brand websites under a 'Buy for Me' section.

  2. Tap Buy for Me

    Select the external product and tap 'Buy for Me'. Amazon's AI agent will navigate the brand's website on your behalf.

  3. Confirm order details

    Review item, size, shipping address, and payment info pulled from your Amazon account before authorizing.

  4. Agent completes checkout

    Powered by Amazon's Nova models and Anthropic's Claude, the agent securely places the order on the third-party site using encrypted payment details.

  5. Track in Amazon

    Order status, shipping updates, and returns for the third-party purchase are surfaced inside your Amazon Orders.
