- We are looking for an experienced
- **Brand Manager**
- with a strong background in managing and scaling brands across eCommerce marketplaces such as
- **Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa**
- and other online platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
- **brand management, P&L ownership, revenue growth, profitability, and client relationship management.**
- This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
- **Own brand-level business performance, including P&L, revenue, profitability, and growth targets.**
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, market share, brand visibility, and profitability.
- Analyse business performance, marketplace data, KPIs, and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams across advertising, marketing, operations, and category management.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and overall account growth.
- What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in
- **eCommerce Brand Management.**
- Hands-on experience managing brands on
- **Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa**
- or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of
- **P&L management, revenue, margins, profitability, and business KPIs.**
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, client management, and communication skills.
- Experience handling brand performance, business reviews, and senior client stakeholders.
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
