• As a boutique agency we only work with a maximum of 13 active clients.
• ## Aufgaben
• * You’ll develop roadmaps, hypotheses, ideas, and concepts as part of our redesign and testing team
• * based on data analyses you’ve conducted yourself.
• * Focusing on your favorite brands from Germany and the U.S.
• * This involves both the details and the big picture: new funnels, offers, redesigns and also small tests that we implement.
• * You’ll work closely with your team of self-directed senior designer and developer to ensure your strategies are implemented optimally
• * To achieve maximum visual (aesthetic) and business (uplift) impact for our clients.
• ## Qualifikation
• * The bottom line is that you're an incredible e-commerce geek. Which means you live and breathe e-commerce through and through.
• * You are smart and curious
• * Strong stress resistance: You don’t panic when things go sideways
• * Self-managed (!), disciplined, proactive
• * Learning and being among the best are your top priorities
• * Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
