- **About Charly**
- Charly is a digital agency designing and building web, brand, UX/UI, ecommerce, and product experiences for US clients. Our legal home is San Francisco, with a team mostly across Europe and part in Latin America. We're 11 people, small enough that one strong hire genuinely changes the trajectory of the company, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
- **About the Role**
- We're looking for someone who understands user behavior, conversion psychology, and how to turn websites and funnels into measurable business growth. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on CRO strategy, funnel analysis, UX improvements, experimentation, and performance optimization across both ecommerce and B2B websites. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, starting with a couple of trial projects.
- **What You'll Own**
- CRO audits for DTC and B2B businesses, identifying friction points and opportunities across the funnel
- Ecommerce performance analysis, diagnosing underperforming areas and building structured plans through A/B testing
- Landing page strategy and wireframing, applying UX and copywriting best practices before design work begins
- Loom audits for potential leads, highlighting quick wins and CRO opportunities tailored to their site or funnel
- Heatmap and session recording analysis (Microsoft Clarity and similar tools) to identify drop-off patterns
- Funnel mapping, identifying where users disengage and prioritizing improvements
- Copy review and optimization, headlines, CTAs, value propositions
- UX and friction analysis on forms, checkout flows, and navigation
- Competitor analysis to benchmark conversion strategies
- Post-purchase flow optimization, upsell, cross-sell, and retention sequences
- Reporting: tracking KPIs and presenting insights
- Cross-functional collaboration with design and development to brief, implement, and QA changes
- **Requirements**
- Strong understanding of CRO, UX, and user behavior
- Experience working with ecommerce and/or B2B websites
- Ability to analyze funnels, session recordings, heatmaps, and conversion data
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating landing page structures and optimization recommendations
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- **Ideal, Not Required**
- Prior agency experience
- Experience presenting audit findings directly to clients
- Familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or Framer specifically
- **How We Work**
- Remote, EU and Americas time zones. Small team, high ownership, fast-moving, focused on quality and measurable impact.
