CRO Specialist

• **About Hume Health**
• Hume Health makes health tech that helps people understand and improve their bodies: Hume Pod (a clinical-grade body scanner), Hume Band 2.0 (a longevity wearable) and HumeCare+ (a telehealth subscription). We run an in-house CRO programme across all three, testing every week.
• **About the role**
• We have more test ideas and opportunities than we can get to.

You'll focus on the quick wins

• finding and running smaller, high-confidence tests that keep the pipeline full, while the Senior CRO Manager works on the larger page-level tests. You'll work closely with the Senior CRO Manager and grow your scope as you prove your judgement.
• **What you'll do**
• Find quick-win opportunities across our PDPs, landing pages, cart and checkout flow
• Write clear hypotheses and test briefs, and score ideas for the backlog
• Set up, QA and launch smaller tests in Intelligems: copy, headlines, offers, CTAs, images and layout tweaks
• Monitor live tests and flag anything that looks off early
• Analyse results and write short summaries of what we learned
• Bring new ideas to the backlog from heatmaps, session recordings, reviews and competitor research
• **What you'll need**
• At least 1 year in a CRO role, in-house or at an agency
• Hands-on experience setting up and analysing A/B tests (Intelligems, VWO, Convert or similar)
• A solid grasp of CRO fundamentals: hypotheses, prioritisation, statistical significance, and the core metrics (CVR, RPV, AOV)
• Experience with Shopify and with heatmap and session recording tools
• Clear written communication; you'll explain your reasoning in briefs and test write-ups
• **Nice to have**
• DTC or health and wellness experience
• Copywriting instincts, or experience testing copy and offers
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and analysis
