- **Digital Marketing Specialist — Paid Media, Funnels & Client Growth**
- Most agency roles hand you a channel and a checklist.
- This one hands you clients.
- We're looking for someone who can sit across a portfolio, own the numbers, and hold the client relationship without needing a layer of management between them and the work. If you've ever thought
- *"I could run this account better than the person briefing me"*
- — this is the seat.
- **About us**
- Loud Days is a Melbourne-based digital agency working with brands across home improvement, property, finance, ecommerce and professional services. We're looking for a talent that can own Paid Media, which means you get direct support lines, and no excuses when performance slips.
- Our clients aren't buying impressions. They're buying a pipeline. That changes how we work.
- **What you'll actually be doing**
- **Own accounts**
- end to end. Strategy, build, optimisation, reporting. Google Ads and Meta Ads are your home turf — search, performance max, demand gen, advantage+, retargeting, the lot.
- **Build the machine behind the click**
- Landing pages, lead capture, nurture sequences, pipeline stages, automations and attribution inside GoHighLevel, Zoho and similar platforms. Traffic is the easy part; what happens next is where accounts are won.
- **Talk to clients like a strategist, not a status update**
- Weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, uncomfortable conversations when a channel isn't working, and the confidence to recommend a different direction when the data says so.
- **Build For Social Content**
- that earns attention. Concepting, copy, working with design, scheduling and community management across the platforms that matter for each brand.
- **Find the growth**
- Spot the underperforming campaign, the leaking funnel step, the upsell the client hasn't thought of yet. Bring it to us before we ask.
- **What you'll bring**
- 4+ years in performance marketing — agency side preferred, or in-house across multiple brands
- Hands-on, current experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend across Google Ads and Meta Ads (not just approving what a platform rep suggests)
- Working knowledge of CRM and funnel platforms — GoHighLevel, Zoho, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or equivalent — including automations, workflows and lead routing
- Genuine client-facing experience: you've run the meeting, presented the numbers, and kept the account
- Strong social media instincts — you can write a hook, brief a designer, and read a comments section
- Comfort with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and attribution — enough to know when the data is lying
- Clear written and verbal communication. Most of this job is explaining things well.
- **Nice to have**
- CRO and landing page testing • SEO or AEO/GEO awareness • Shopify or WooCommerce • Video editing basics • Experience with lead-gen heavy verticals (trades, property, finance)
- **What we offer**
- A portfolio you genuinely own, not a slice of someone else's account
- Direct line to leadership — decisions get made in a conversation, not a quarterly review
- Premier Partner resources, tools and training budget
- Salary matched to what you can actually do, reviewed on results
- **How to apply**
- Send your CV through the Easy Apply, and in your note tell us one thing:
- **A campaign or account you turned around — what was broken, what you changed, and what happened.**
- Three sentences is plenty. We read every one, and it matters more to us than your cover letter template.
- Loud Days is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
