- **E-Commerce & Client Services Associate**

- AUTEUR is looking for an E-Commerce & Client Services Associate to support our online store, look after customers, and help with daily business tasks.
- You’ll respond to customer emails, assist with Shopify orders and product updates, coordinate with our inventory and fulfillment teams, and help clients choose the right skincare products. We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for their work.
- **Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries about products, orders, shipping, returns, and skincare routines.
- Assist with Shopify orders, customer records, product information, and routine store updates.
- Resolve order issues and coordinate with fulfillment to keep customers informed.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records, check stock availability, and flag discrepancies or low stock.
- Use existing tools and help set up simple automations for recurring inventory updates and customer follow-up.
- Schedule client consultations and assist with product selection, application, and routines after product training.
- Coordinate samples, deliveries, and everyday office needs.
- Keep track of assigned tasks and follow up with colleagues and vendors.
- Assist with product launches, events, and other team projects.
- **Requirements**
- Experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with Shopify and confidence learning new systems.
- Strong written communication and the ability to respond to customers clearly and thoughtfully.
- Good organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory records, and everyday digital tools.
- Ability to handle several priorities and complete tasks independently.
- Availability to work in our Los Angeles office.
- Skincare or beauty industry experience is preferred. Esthetician training or experience conducting skincare consultations is a plus.
