- Ayana Active is a modest, sustainable activewear brand, sizes XS–3X. We're looking for an intern who wants to own an area, not just complete tasks.
- This is an internship with the goal of becoming a permanent part of the team, as an independent contractor or employee.
- **You'll own:**
- our online growth. That means monitoring the website and product listings, running email campaigns and promotions, and tracking what sells.
- **What you'll gain:**
- How to run an e-commerce brand from the inside: website, product listings, email campaigns, promotions, and sales
- How to build a plan and carry it out consistently, week after week, and watch your efforts turn into results
- How to read sales data and decide what to do next based on the numbers
- Real results you can point to in interviews and on your resume, not just tasks you completed
- Direct mentorship from a founder with 20 years in the fashion industry
- A path to a permanent role on the team as an independent contractor or employee
- **You might be a fit if you:**
- **• Are studying business, marketing, e-commerce, or fashion merchandising**
- **• Are comfortable with Shopify, email tools, or social media (or want to learn fast)**
- **• Like seeing your work show up in real numbers**
