E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist

• Belinda Jewelz LLC is a growing jewelry brand seeking a hands-on E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist to manage our online sales channels, support product development, and help grow our brand.
• We are looking for someone organized, creative, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, pricing, orders, and promotions across Shopify, Etsy, Kohl's, and other marketplaces.
• Improve product presentation, descriptions, merchandising, and online shopping experience.
• Develop and execute email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, advertising costs, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our product development team on new jewelry designs, samples, launches, and product specifications.
• Coordinate customer inquiries, returns, and marketplace requirements.
• Maintain accurate product information and assist with order and inventory reconciliation.
• Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience preferred.
• Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, accessories, and consumer branding.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
