- Your day might start by getting familiar with the products. Researching what they are, how they work, and where they’re typically used so you can confidently explain them to customers.
- Once you understand the product, you’ll begin building the listing on our website. This could involve writing a clear, SEO-optimised product description, breaking down the technical specifications, and highlighting the key features that make the product useful to our customers.
- You might then work with our content creator to plan the images and videos needed for the product page, making sure customers can clearly see how the product works and where it would be used.
- Alongside the product listings, you may also create helpful supporting content such as installation guides, “how-to” articles, or technical explanations that help customers choose the right product.
- As the launch approaches, you’ll collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure the products are ready for potential digital marketing campaigns, helping to bring the new range to market successfully.
