• **About the Role**
• We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Ecommerce Executive to support the day-to-day running of our third-party marketplace channels, including eBay and

B&q

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing ecommerce team within the appliances and electronics sector.
• Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and working closely with our Marketplace Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our marketplaces accurate, compliant and ready to trade, from building new listings to getting returned and open box stock back on sale.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Create, publish and maintain accurate listings across all active marketplaces, including attributes, variations, compliance fields and categorisation
• Write and edit listing copy using AI tools, fact checking everything before it goes live
• Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressions and missing data, escalating where needed
• Work with the Returns team to list returned, open box and graded stock with accurate condition descriptions, imagery and disclosures
• Manage stock availability updates and listing activation and deactivation
• Support the setup of marketplace promotions and check that pricing, eligibility and timing are applied correctly
• Maintain trackers for listings, returned stock and live marketplace activity, and provide regular updates to the Marketplace Manager
• **Required Skills & Experience**
• 3 A-Levels (A to C) or equivalent qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Must hold a UK driver’s licence and be able to commute to site
• At least 1 year of experience in an ecommerce or marketplace role
• **Desirable Skills & Experience**
• Experience listing on eBay, B&Q or other online marketplaces
• Experience with multichannel listing or inventory management tools
• Experience using AI tools to create product content
• Experience handling returned, refurbished or graded stock
• Knowledge of appliances and electronics
• Understanding of marketplace account health and listing compliance requirements
