**E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist**
based in
**El Salvador**
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in selling products on online marketplaces such as
**Amazon, eBay, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms**
As a key member of our digital operations team, you will manage product listings, optimize online sales performance, and ensure smooth order management across multiple marketplaces. The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist will play an essential role in expanding our online sales channels, improving product visibility, and supporting sales growth from product listing to order fulfillment.
**Key Responsibilities**
Marketplace Management & Listing Optimization
Manage product listings across online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and similar platforms.
Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing.
Monitor listing performance and implement strategies to improve product rankings and sales.
Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and maintain strong seller account health.
Sales Operations & Order Management
Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, or product questions.
Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain positive marketplace ratings.
Track sales activity and ensure accurate order and inventory management.
Product & Inventory Coordination
Upload new products and maintain accurate product data across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate product updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the team to prevent stock shortages.
Ensure accurate documentation and records for product listings and sales performance.
Analytics & Growth Strategy
Analyze marketplace performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility through keyword optimization and pricing strategies.
Recommend improvements to product listings, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Support expansion into additional marketplaces and international e-commerce channels.
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline e-commerce workflows.
Document marketplace processes and best practices.
Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and online sales performance.
Support initiatives to expand Alpha-Lumina’s e-commerce presence.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
**Experience:**
At least
**2 years of experience selling products online**
through marketplaces such as
**Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms**
**Location:**
Able to work remotely.
**Language:**
Fluency in
**English**
required. Spanish fluency required.
**Skills:**
Proficiency with
**Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify or similar marketplace platforms**
Strong understanding of
**product listing optimization, marketplace SEO, and pricing strategies**
Proficiency in
**Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace**
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously.
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Compensation & Benefits**
**Monthly Salary:$950–$1200 USD**
