• **E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist**

• Plumbers Wholesale Supply is looking for a dependable, organized E-Commerce Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. You will support WholesaleWaterHeater.com and PlumbersWholesale.com.
• We operate in a fast-paced B2B and B2C e-commerce environment serving contractors, businesses, commercial customers, and consumers nationwide. This role helps keep our day-to-day online operations running smoothly by monitoring orders, assisting customers, coordinating shipments, and following issues through from purchase to delivery.
• You’ll work directly with our e-commerce and fulfillment teams and be involved in nearly every part of the customer order process.
• **What You’ll Do**
• · Review and monitor incoming online orders
• · Follow up with fulfillment teams to help ensure orders ship on time
• · Provide customers with order status, tracking, and delivery updates
• · Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• · Process phone orders and assist with order-related questions
• · Coordinate and track LTL freight shipments
• · Work with warehouses, carriers, vendors, and fulfillment partners
• · Follow up on warranty claims and damaged-freight claims
• · Coordinate returns and ensure they are handled according to company policies
• · Resolve order issues and keep customers informed throughout the process
• **What We’re Looking For**
• · Shopify and e-commerce experience preferred
• · Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and/or BigCommerce is a major plus
• · Customer service, online order management, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
• · Comfortable working with phones, email, and multiple online platforms
• · Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• · Able to manage multiple orders and customer issues at the same time
• · Comfortable learning technical products and new systems
• · Plumbing, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or trade-industry experience is a plus
• · Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• · A fast learner who can stay organized and professional in a busy environment
• Industry experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable, comfortable learning quickly, and takes ownership of getting things done correctly.
• **Position Details**
• Full-Time | Detroit, MI Pay: $25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
